What we do
Design review
A second opinion on an existing or proposed design: redundancy, routing policy, addressing, security and manageability. You get a report with concrete changes, not a verdict.
New design
Edge, transits, IX connections, internal routing, out-of-band and DDoS mitigation, worked out into an architecture document, an IP plan and configuration templates.
Build and migration
We build it ourselves or guide your team, with a migration runbook that says per step what happens and how to roll back.
Handover
Documentation and configuration in a repository that is yours, plus a monitoring baseline. After that your team can carry it, with or without us.
How we work

From intake to handover.

  1. Intake
    We go through your current network, your plans and your constraints. That leads to a proposal with a fixed price or a package.
  2. Design
    Architecture document, IP plan and routing policy. We explain the choices, including the ones we deliberately do not make.
  3. Review with your team
    Your engineers walk through the design with us. What they cannot explain is not finished yet.
  4. Build or guided build
    We configure, or your team does with us alongside. Every change lives in version control.
  5. Handover
    Repository, documentation and monitoring baseline are yours. We can do the operations, but you do not have to let us.

Every step ends with something you can read, test or roll back.

For those starting small: one site, two routers and redundant transit. Fixed price, including a short technical session and documentation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about network design

Do I have to buy transit from you?

No. We design for the upstreams and exchanges that suit you. The fact that we deliver transit on AS211588 ourselves does not blind us to alternatives; the design states why a choice was made.

Which equipment do you work with?

Vendor-neutral. We work daily with Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Huawei and VyOS. Existing equipment is included in the design if it fits; if not, we say so.

Fixed price or hourly?

A design or review gets a fixed price after the intake. So do build and migration, unless the scope only becomes clear during the work; then we work in phases with a price per phase. Anything outside the scope is quoted in advance.

Can you take over a half-finished design?

Yes. We start with a review of what is there and say what is usable. That is often more than you think.

What happens after delivery?

The repository and the documentation are yours. Your team can manage it themselves, possibly after our BGP training, or you leave operations to us through NOC-as-a-Service. Both work, and you can switch.
