When hosting it yourself pays off.

Odoo Online works fine as long as you use standard modules. If you have your own modules, OCA modules or integrations that need more, or you want to decide when to upgrade and where your data lives, you end up with Odoo.sh or your own hosting.

We host Odoo on our own hardware in the BIT data centre in Ede, behind our own network. Community or Enterprise, with the modules you need. And because we use Odoo daily ourselves and have our own developers, we manage not only the server but also what runs on it.

Own hardware in Ede
Your Odoo runs on our servers in a Dutch data centre, on our own network. No shared cloud whose location you do not know.
Backups off-site and encrypted
Database and filestore go encrypted to a different location from the server, so a failure in one place does not touch your backup.
Upgrades on a copy first
A new Odoo version or an update to your own modules is tested on a copy of your database before production follows.
Management and monitoring
We monitor the server, workers and database, keep the operating system up to date as with managed servers, and lock down the database manager.

    Which version, which modules, how many users and which integrations. We size the environment to match.
  2. Set up the environment
    A production and a test environment, with backups and monitoring from day one.
  3. Move over
    Database and filestore come over from Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your current host. We test on the test environment first.
  4. Management
    Updates, upgrades and questions go through engineers and developers who know your environment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Odoo hosting

May I have Odoo Enterprise hosted elsewhere?

Yes. According to Odoo's pricing (as of October 2026), hosting outside Odoo requires the Custom plan. You buy the licence from Odoo; the hosting and management from us. Community is possible too, without a licence.

Community or Enterprise?

That depends on what you need. For a Dutch company, the VAT return via SBR, the audit file and bank synchronisation, among others, are Enterprise-only. In the first conversation we list what you miss with Community and whether it matters to you.

Where is my data?

On our own hardware in the BIT data centre in Ede, with the backups encrypted at another location in the Netherlands.

Can you move my Odoo from Odoo Online or Odoo.sh?

Yes. You export your database with filestore, we put it on a test environment, check your modules and integrations, and then plan the production move.

Am I locked in afterwards?

No. Your database, filestore and own code are yours. If you want to leave, you get a full export and we help with the handover.

What does Odoo hosting cost?
